Emotional trauma and stress can build up your physical body just in the same way outside toxicity can such as: heavy metals, chemicals, etc. Emotional stress can live inside your cells, in your fascia tissue and in your nervous system. In fact, new research is finding this could be the portal to toxicity release in a BIG BIG WAY! Upgrading your system is complex and it takes more than just the right food. It’s an all inclusive, dynamic, ever changing thing that takes time, patience and self-love / healing. Four seconds in through the nose - hold for 7 seconds - out through the mouth for 8. This will help to relax you, detox your lungs, and put you into a parasympathetic state. Try it everyday for 2 weeks - be consistent. Shifts start slowly and its the baby steps that count to see long-term change!
